As at August 2026 the Department of Health and Social Care have regrettably refused to provide any funding for routine HBOT treatments despite the fact that these treatments bring significant savings to Manx Care and more importantly improve the quality of life for patients. 

As a result, the Charity has no alternative but to make a charge for its routine treatments. These charges will be kept to the absolute minimum and are well below the cost of comparable commercially available treatments, as we take no profit and our services will largely be provided by volunteers.
